Mexcal Amanecer was born thinking of love for its town and its people. Mexcal Amanecer is a Mixtec mezcal.
It arises from a family and friends project, the taste and passion for mezcal motivated us so that in 2016 we began to plant different varieties of maguey. In 2020 our mezcalera opened for the artisanal elaboration of Mezcal Espadín Joven, Joven Reposado and Mezcal Tobalá.
The concept of our project is focused on family coexistence, on enjoying something exceptional: the particularity of the artisan work of an ancestral drink; the experience with Mexcal Amanecer is certainly to rejoice hearts.
